Fixed Service Charges

No need to worry about splitting the bills! All our tenants are charged a set fee of €45 (Fair Usage Policy Applies) for each week of their tenancy for Utilities & Services which covers things like Electricity, Internet, Waste disposal, security and other on site services. This charge is billed monthly in addition to rent due and payable on the 1st of each month with your rent payment.

Fully Fitted Kitchens

Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate oven/grill, hob, integrated microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils.

Safe & Secure

All entrances are access controlled, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day and you’ll have no need to worry about keys as we can provide an app for your phone which will unlock your door as you walk up to it. A member of our on-site team is available day or night, so you feel safe and secure all the time.

On Site Maintenance Team

If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.

Internet & Wi-Fi

You will have access to our Wi-Fi service, offering high speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.
