Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you can then digitally sign the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.

Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
You will have access to our Wi-Fi service, offering ultrafast 1GB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There's also a dining area with table and chairs. A great space to not only eat but to socialise with your flatmates and friends.

Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
