Mezzino make paying your rent easy. Our preference is debit or credit card payment via our resident hub, or over the phone or in person. We also accept bank transfers, as long as they arrive with us before the payment due date. If you have queries about this please get in touch with us.

Mezzino understand that we have a responsibility to protect your deposit. That’s why we have chosen MyDeposits as the scheme to protect your deposit whilst you stay with us. If you have any additional questions regarding your deposit or the scheme where it is held, please feel free to talk to our accommodation team.

What's Included?

Fixed Utility Charges

No need to worry about splitting the bills! All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) of €50 for each week of their tenancy for Utilities & Services which covers Electricity, Internet, Waste disposal and onsite services. This charge is billed monthly in addition to rent due and payable on the 1st of each month with your rent payment.

Internet and Wi-Fi

You will have access to our Wi-Fi service offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas. Additionally, you will have 150mb ethernet access in your bedroom with no usage caps.

Fully Fitted Kitchens

Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate oven/grill, hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils.

Postage Service and Deliveries

You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.

On-site Laundry (local charge applies)

Our state-of-the-art laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort.

On-site Maintenance Team

If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.

Safe and Secure

All entrances are access controlled and the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. A member of our on-site team is available day or night, so you feel safe and secure all the time.

Bike Storage

Cycling is one of the best and easiest ways to travel around so if you’re bringing your bike with you, it will always have a home.
