    • Paying your rent

      Mezzino understand that flexible payment options are important so we make it as easy as possible to pay your rent. Giving you the freedom to budget and make the most of your finances. Mezzino accept credit/debit card, cheque and bank transfer. Please remember that if you are having problems paying your rent it is important that you speak to your Accommodation Manger as soon as possible – we are always on hand to offer help and guidance.

    • Contact your site team

      Mezzino believes that what sets us apart from other providers is our helpful staff and the accommodation team at our buildings are always on hand to help and assist our students. We always try to go the extra mile! During office hours our on-site management team are on hand to personally deal with any questions, maintenance queries or just offer vital support.

      Out of hours we have our highly trusted Resident Co-Ordinators who live and breathe our sites. They will assist with any out of hour’s emergencies or be on hand for some peer support and assistance.

    • Broadband support

      Mezzino understand how important and vital a reliable internet service is for our students. So we work with key strategic partners who are leaders in the field of student broadband solutions KeyCom and ASK4. Both companies provide a 24 hour support service so if you are having problems there is always someone on hand to assist.

    • Contents insurance

      Mezzino understands that accidents do happen and when they do we know you need a reliable insurance service to reclaim any damage to your personal possessions. That’s why all our students have Free Endsleigh Insurance as standard. If you need further information or advice on how to make a claim whilst you are with us please ask our accommodation team or see the further information section of our website.

    • Laundry

      Most of Mezzino’s buildings come with an on-site laundry – so you don’t need to take your washing home or have the hassle of taking across town to the nearest laundry. We provide washers and dryers via our service partner, Wash Station. There is a local charge for this service.

    • Reporting a repair

      As part of our commitment to service provision, Mezzino have a maintenance operative as part of our accommodation team. If you have something wrong in your flat please report this as soon as possible to our accommodation team. You will need to complete a maintenance request form and this will then be dealt with (according to priority) by our in-house maintenance operative. In certain circumstances an outside contractor may need to attend a specialist repair and in such circumstances they would be accompanied by a member of staff. In reporting a repair you acknowledge and accept that someone will need to enter the flat or bedroom and your co-operation is vital.

  • Maintenance Request
