Being part of the Mezzino brand, The Junxion certainly is in a whole league of its own, providing a unique living experience that appeals to all students – first, second and third years.
With a dedicated Accommodation Team at The Junxion, there's always plenty going on, from seasonal parties to pool and football tournaments. In addition, all Mezzino residents are given an exclusive Privilege Card entitling them to special offers around the city.

Sleeping
Apartments have 4, 5 or 6 ensuite bedrooms, together with a shared, fully fitted and furnished kitchen, dining and lounge area. Each ensuite bedroom comes fully furnished and includes a double-sized bed, bedside table, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, wall-mounted shelving unit, pin board, bin, wall light and a 3-drawer unit under the desk.
Each bathroom is fitted with a powerful shower, wash/hand basin and toilet, in addition to a towel rail, mirror and shaver point. We offer free Broadband Internet access and free contents insurance. Bedrooms include curtains, double-glazing and an energy saving heater. A telephone service is available in all bedrooms at an additional cost and can be provided by registering on arrival.
Eating
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker with extractor fan, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you'll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There's also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools.
Living
Ready to take some time out? Each lounge has comfy leather sofas, as well as a 32" LCD television with a free TV licence, Freeview and Sky Sports channels. In addition, the Mezzino Lounge on the ground floor has plenty of other amusements including pool tables, amusement machines, vending machines and a large screen television with Sky.
Laundry
Our fully-fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!

Every apartment has a 32" LCD television with free TV license, Sky sports and Freeview channels, in addition to free contents insurance included in the rent.
Plus, the Mezzino lounge offers Sky TV, pool tables, amusement machines and vending machines – a great place to relax and meet up with friends.
Security
Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas, and members of the management team are on site 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. Smoke and fire detectors are fitted throughout.
Car parking and bike storage
Due to the city centre location, The Junxion is not able to offer car parking facilities.
If you rely on pedal power however, there is a secure bike storage area on the ground floor. You'll require a key to get in, so just ask at the Accommodation Management suite when you arrive.
