What's included in the rent?
Your rent is all inclusive of utility bills (Terms and Conditions apply - please ask the development reception), including electricity and water, as well as site management and security. In addition to these, each apartment will have a 32" LCD TV, a free TV licence for lounge areas, Freeview and Sky Sports channels, as well as leather sofas, free Broadband Internet and free contents insurance.
Are any of the bedrooms ensuite?
Yes, all of them.
Does the building have lifts?
Yes, five lifts and a similar number of stairs.
Is broadband access available?
Broadband Internet is available. All you need to do is register when you move in.
Can I share an apartment with my friends?
Yes. We have apartments to accommodate different group sizes, ranging from 2 to 7 bedroom apartments and we can also cater for different groups wanting apartments near to each other.
How do I book my room?

What happens if there's a problem with the heating or other services?
We'll deal with it for you. Just contact the on-site management team and a member of the on-site maintenance team will sort it out as soon as possible.
